Real-time inventory, fast POS and integrated finance — management built for Brazilian retail.

Context
Small and mid-sized stores ran POS, inventory and finance in separate tools — or spreadsheets. Every sale lagged behind inventory, the register closed in the dark, and managers had no reliable view of the day.
Goals
- Unite POS, inventory and finance into a single operation
- Give managers real-time visibility into sales and inventory
- Build a web and mobile experience with the same design system
The problem
Research
I mapped the routine of shop owners and cashiers — from opening to closing — and prioritized what needs to be fast at the counter versus what managers check later.
Discoveries
- ↳At the POS, every second and every extra tap matter more than extra features
- ↳Inventory only builds trust if it updates with the sale itself
- ↳Mobile needs the right shortcuts: POS, products, dashboard, sales and reports

Design system and foundation for plans and tax features.
Solution · Final interface
A platform where a sale at the register updates inventory, the dashboard shows the day, and mobile brings the operation to the store floor.

Results & impact
With POS and inventory in the same flow, the store no longer operates in the dark: every sale updates the warehouse, and managers follow the day on the dashboard — on desktop or on their phone.
Learnings
In retail, the product wins on register speed and inventory trust. Design system and access roles are what let the store and team scale without turning into chaos.
